Paolo Cirinei
Founder & CEO
With over 20 years in the electronics industry, Paolo founded BEDURIN SRL with a mission to democratize access to cutting-edge robotics and maker technology. His vision: bring the global maker revolution to Italy and Europe.
Paolo is the driving force behind the MARRtino educational robot project, developed in collaboration with Sapienza University of Rome. He regularly speaks at conferences including ITADINFO and Maker Faire.
MARRtino: Educational Social Robot
MARRtino is an affordable, open-source social robot designed for education and research. Developed in collaboration with Sapienza University of Rome, it runs on ROS (Robot Operating System) and is designed for teaching programming, AI, and human-robot interaction.
The project has been recognized internationally, including a nomination at the BOLD Awardsin the Robotics category. MARRtino is now used in schools, universities, and research labs across Europe.
