14-Day Return Guarantee

- The return must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the order
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned
- Opened software or firmware is non-returnable for copyright reasons

Receive Return Authorization
We will send you a return authorization number and shipping instructions within 24 hours.
Ship the Product
Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided. EU returns are free of charge.
Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
Refund Details
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Bank transfer refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear
- PayPal refunds are processed within 24 hours
- Original shipping costs are refunded if the return is due to a defect or error on our part
Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or full refund. Defective products are covered by the 2-year EU warranty (Directive 1999/44/EC).
